Shipping Policy
We ship within the UK with free delivery on orders over £40. For orders under £40, we charge a flat shipping fee of £5.50. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on matcha or other food-related items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately via email at hello@romimatcha.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly. Learn more on the FAQ Page
Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the safe return of items. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Additional restocking fees may be applied depending on the products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at hello@romimatcha.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 14 days. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and work to resolve the issue.
